Hi All,

I started my GMAT preparation 1 week back from 13th May and I am full time working software engineer. Is 3 month preparation is OK for GMAT.

Just want to tell you guys that I already finished PR book and gave first GMATPrep (only quant) and got Q45.
I will give full GMAT prep test in 2-3 days and let you guys know about the result.

Material I have:
PR 2008
Manhattan SC
Manhattan CR & RC
Kaplan Priemer
Kaplan 800
Kaplan Math
OG 10th
OG 11th
OG Quant review
1000 SC

Please let me know , if I need more resources as I am looking for 720+

The material you selected for your preparation is sufficient. If you ask me, I'll say 3 months are appropriate time for GMAT preparation provided we utilize our time properly and efficiently.

In addition to the above point, taking frequent test from recommended source is very helpful.

- Schedule your study plan
- Stick with that plan.
- Complete your daily task at any condition.
- Give lots of practice test.
- Work on your mistakes
- Last but not the least, don't waist ample time on PR and on Kaplan.

Official Guide (10th, 11th or 12th edition) is the main book for GMAT preparation, spend more time on OG rather then on other books.

I suggest you should follow below books :
Material I have:
Manhattan SC
Kaplan Priemer
Kaplan 800
Kaplan Math
OG 11th
OG Quant review
Best of luck!!

Please share your learning with all aspirants.

Hi Farooq, I am also on same boat and about to start my prep for GMAT, you saying that these books are good enough

Manhattan SC
Kaplan Priemer
Kaplan 800
Kaplan Math
OG 11th
OG Quant review

Do u think i should add some other resources from Manhattan like their PS and DS stuff ? or do you think The above set of resources is good enough . I scored 530 in my first attempt and now i am looking for around 680-700 range.

Do u think its possible with the above books ?

Thanks , waiting for your valuable feedback.

Zulfiqar
