Hi,
I am an Indian Male, 25 yrs old with 32 months I.T (Software Enginner) work experience. I did my B.Tech in Electronics and Communication with a CGPA of 7.1 (out of 10) which translates directly to 2.84 out of 4 :(

With a profile having bits and pieces of everything (average flute player and singer, member of corporate social responsibility management team in my company and green belt in taekwondo with anchoring and script-writing & dramatics experience (local scale - like office functions or college fests)

I am Interested in doing my MBA in Marketing from one of the top universities (I am not sure If my profile has it all for that) - and I am looking in for a very good ROI.

Please let me know what all I can do and need to do to improve my profile and what would this current profile of mine be rated as?

Also Please guide me on what and how should I set my study plan as I am typically having a 10 hours work schedule Mon-Fri.

Finally when should I schedule my GMAT and TOEFL considering I have started prep for TOEFL today and am targetting Spring 2014 and Fall 2014 admissions.

Please reply and guide.

Thanks!
Regards
Sudeep
