If 100 cm = 1 m,
then 100^2 cm^2 = 1^2 m^2
or 10000 cm^2 = 1 m^2
hence 1 cm^2 = 1/10000 m^2 (here's the unitary method trick)
and hence 200 cm^2 = 200/10000 m^2 = [spoiler]1/50 m^2 or 0.02 m^2[/spoiler].
