Heyy guys .Would appreciate if some1 can help me wid this :

I scored a dismal 550 2 weeks ago , on the GMAT. Though i was not scoring 700 on mocks .Was scoring around 640 - 670 on MGMATs & GMATPreps. But really don't know what went terribly wrong on the real GMAT.

Well , as every1 dreams of , I too wana score 700 + and yes now the time constraint is there .I have to give GMAT by end of november so that I could get sufficient time for R2 application process.

I have already done the following things during my prep :

Manhattan SC 4th Edition
CR Powerscore Bible
Math - 700 + questions
OG - 12

What different can I do this time?

I am thinking of doing the following things :

Practicing self timed sessions on LSAT - CR , SC & RC sets ( As LSAT Q's are considered difficult than GMAT Q's , so I think this will give me a boost while solving higher level ( 700 + ) GMAT Questions .Yes I have issues while solving 700 + questions - I believe this is why I am unable to reach up to 700 mark on tests )

Parallelly doing mock tests (1 test in every 5 days - MGMATs , Kaplans )

Then, could complete Verbal OG ( As my verbal do suck )

Will end with GMATPrep

Please, suggestions are needed .Help is required to pull me out of this low score frustration .I know time is slipping frm ma hand!!!

I'm guessing you got a math score of about 44 and a verbal about 23?

Practicing 700+ level questions when you're scoring below 600 isn't going to help you. You should be practicing 600 level questions to bridge the gap, then work toward 700+ level questions.

Stay away from LSAT CR questions, they aren't for you.
Yep.

Hey thanks fr replying..yup agreed I got a very low GMAT score , but I was getting a score of above 640 ( as I have mentioned above ) on all the practice tests - MGMATs , GmatPreps and kaplan ( not above 640 but got 630 on the only one I had attempted ).I think my problem is with the 700 + level questions .I tend to get them wrong most of the times, so I am unable to cross 700 + mark in all the practice tests . I believe I can score well above 700 , but I need advice.
If not LSAT then from where cn I practice 700 + questions ?

And I believe I had a very bad GMAT experience that day ..But I know I can score way above the score I got , but don't know how ???

You won't see many 700 level questions if you aren't accurately beating 600 level questions. In fact, you could master the 700 level questions and still score below 600. If I were you, I would try to master to 600 level questions first.
Yep.
