As 4 > 1, for any positive integer n, n-th root of 4 will be greater than 1

Hence, cuberoot(4) > 1
And, fourthroot(4) > 1
And, squareroot(4) = 2

Hence, M > (2 + 1 + 1) = 4

The correct answer is E.
