Ran into this one on my second GMATPrep practice test:
Which inequality solution set, when graphed on the xy cord. plane, is a single line segment of finite length?
A) X4 >/= 1
B) X3 </= 27
C) X2 >/= 16
D) 2 </= IxI </= 5
E) 2 </= 3x + 4 </= 6
<>/= Greater than or equal to
X4, X3, X2 - exponents
IxI - absolute value
If there is a way to write these symbols on here please let me know.
The answer is E but I can't figure out why. Thanks.
