This looks like it would take a lot of math, and my brain is a bit depleted, so I'm not going to solve it. But, upon first glance, it looks like the answer should be E. It asks for a value, thus you need a value for x and a value for y (or y^2). With both statements, I don't believe you can obtain a value for y or y^2.

From (2), x = 5/3
From (1), knowing x, you can get y.

Now, you can find x/y^2.
So, C
