Washington Foster Video Interview

Hi,
I have received an invitation for the video interview from Washington Foster and would like to if anyone has already given their video interview .I am confused and have no idea what to expect.Any tips will be really helpful..Please let me know as too what type of question were asked ,how many question or how long was the interview.

What do you enjoy most about it and what is most frustrating?
Describe a significant leadership experience.
Why are some aspects of the Foster school that appeal to you?
What are three strengths that you bring to the Foster school?

My deadline to submit my video interview is on december 1st. could you please tell me which were your questions in the video interview? thanks!
