10. Is ΔMNP isosceles?
(1) Exactly two of the angles, ∠M and ∠N, have the same measure
(2) ∠N and ∠P do not have the same measure.

Answer should be A.

Statement I
∠M = ∠N. For a triangle to be isosceles, two of any angles of a triangle should equal. Sufficient.

Statement II
∠P is not equal to ∠N. We dont know if ∠N is equal to ∠M or ∠P is equal to ∠M. Insufficient.

Hence A.
