you can not define the x from /x+3/=14 as it can be both -17 and 11-not suff.
you can not define the x from (x+2)"2 as it can be both 11 and -15 so in order to understand-not sufficient

you need to have both of them to have x=11 so that you can find the answer 11+7 which is 18
so the answer is both
