A. significantly reduce the number of complaints and also aid for
B. be significantly reduce the number of complaints and aid for
C. significantly reduce the number of complaints and aid
D. cause a significant reduction in the number of complaints and also aid to
E. significantly reduce the number of complaints as well as aiding

I would choose C

General Note: "and also" is considered redundant

A- Redundant "and also"

B- "to be significantly reduced" is awkward

C- correct

D- and also

E- parallelism issues, "aiding" is incorrect

Ans is clearly C

the only reason is "aid for" , "aid to" and "as aiding" are incorrect idioms.....rules out A,B,D,E

left is C, I am afraid, I have to go with that one ;)
