Powerscore is good for a start. But if you want specific strategies for most tested topics go for MGMAT. Use mix and match approach. Powerscore is too much of strategy to use in actual test though you get to know the nuances of the section. If you overuse (memorize every rule for every type of problem) your performance will deteriorate. So it depends on you.
Getting defeated is just a temporary notion, giving it up is what makes it permanent.
