When I do the tests, I can solve almost all the problems in time but I make a lot of silly mistakes because of which I, get low score. When I review the tests, I realize that I made simple/silly calculation mistakes at the rate of 5 questions/test.

I have this issue mostly in Problem solving and some times in DS as well.

How can I avoid this issue?

Experts: In your teaching career you would have come across many students who have the same problems. How do students avoid making these silly mistakes? What are your suggestions to these students?

Can you please suggest few tips I can follow and improve accracy

your post is more relevant to the GMAT strategy forum here https://www.beatthegmat.com/gmat-strategy-f3.html

your PS entry does not offer any problem/question - answer choices
