this question is a bit confusing. I need to figure out how to get the work derived from 1 farmer.

Both farmers and hours areinversely proportional

=> More farmers less number of hours do the job

work = No. of farmers * hours

W1 = 5 * 20 ( 5 farmers and 20 hours)

W2 = 8 * H ( 8 farmer and H hours)

Since , work is same in both cases
W1 = W2

5 * 20 = 8 * H

=> H = 25/2 = 12.5 hrs
