Can it really be used with the GMAT?

I did some practice on GMAT 11th Official Guide's Math Sections, and I see that.....I just really can't do it. :(

There just are too too many points that I don't know.
Well, I know the principle behind, I know formulas. Still, I can't do it.

Can practice, learning the question make perfect?

Have you picked up a strategy guide yet, or are you just doing practice questions? It helps to know info about how the test is set up, and tips to beat it. Get a book like Cracking the GMAT and read it cover to cover before starting to really prep again, then see how it feels. You might need a prep course, though. Working with an instructor could really help.
