Like a post-colonial Philip Roth, his semi-autobiographical novels and screenplays revealed something harsher and raunchier about growing up in London in the 1970s and '80s.
I was reading an article on Economist today (https://www.economist.com/blogs/prospero ... ve-writing)...and came across this sentence ...and i feel that here author compares Philip Roth and other author's novels but instead he should be comparing Philip Roth's novel...
Is this usage incorrect or I am missing something here.....
