In a group of birds 60% were male birds. Certain birds in this group were migratory birds out of which 20% birds were male. The total male birds to male migratory birds ratio is x and the total female birds to female migratory birds ratio is y. What is the value of x/y?

yeah sure

let g be the group ; male=.6g and female=.4g
let m be the migrating no.; mig male=.2m and mig fem=.8m

as per Q x= .6g/.2m=3g/m
y=.4g/.8m= 2 g/m

x/y=6
