How to prepare?

by SuddenChaos » Mon May 02, 2011 7:27 am
Hi everyone,
I'm presently studying MBA(2nd Yr.) from India and would like to study abroad after gaining 5-6years of quality work experience. I know B-Schools stress on leadership roles and international work ex and so I'll try my best to get that kind of exposure during these years. I want to apply to various B-Schools , although IMD is my dream!
Anyway, my question is how do I prepare for GMAT from now on so that I can achieve a fantastic score in future? I have a few materials like OG 12 and MGMAT and a hell lot of time (5 whole years!). How much time should I spend each day and are there any free mock Gmat websites where I can analyze my current standings and find out my strengths and weaknesses? I don't want to start my prep late or prepare within a few months and then take GMAT because I want a rock solid score to enhance my chances. Indians usually score >=750, so I guess it's a yardstick! I want to work hard and get an even better score.
Do you have any other suggestions for me? Any useful info will be appreciated!

Regards
