Trigonometry PS

Find the sum of all real numbers of the form (n*sin n), where n is an even natural number and less than or equal to 180 degrees

A 90*cos1
B 45
C 45*sin89
D 2*cos44 + 2*sin89
E 0

I don't know how to approach this problem. Kindly help me.

Just ignore the problem.
Trigonometry is beyond the scope of GMAT.
