my brain is on lock... how to do??

A certain company has 4 open positions. 18 applicants. How many different groups of people can be chosen to fulfill the roles if order of election does not matter. Explanation pls.

A: 18
B: 72
C: 180
D: 1260
E: 3060

Is the answer E, it is a combination problwm where you have to choose 4 ppl out of 8.

So it is 18c4 i.e. 18!/(18-4)!*4! = 3060
