D should be the answer as it is.
A, has a Pronoun refrence problem, "She" has no antecdent, Same problem with C and E
B, Borrowing - incorrect tense, it should be simple past tense.

imo D

Phyllis Wheatley's blending.............. suggests..... (correct subject - verb agreement)

eliminate A and E (suggesting is wrong)

blending of solar imagery, Judeo-Christian thoughts and figures and images.............. (parallel structure)

hence, B and C are out - D is the answer
