A is incorrect because of Pronoun error.

"It" is refering to "Achamenid Empire" or "Armaic script"

correct part should have "with it the Aramaic script".....
THis eliminates A/B

In C/D/E

the sentence refers to "northern and souther indian alphabets" (plural)

D has " ...from which derives (singular)....hence D is out

E again has pronoun error with "It"

C clearly refers to plural alphabets with plural "derive"
