Chlorofluorocarbons

by sairamGmat » Tue Aug 10, 2010 7:05 am
After July, anyone disposing of or servicing refrigerators must capture the chlorofluorocarbons in the refrigerant chemicals.
(A) anyone disposing of or servicing
(B) those who dispose or service
(C) anyone disposing of or who services
(D) the disposal or repair of
(E) someone who disposes or repairs

OA is A. Not sure how it is true as it is not an option which followed parallelism

(A) anyone disposing of or servicing
(B) those who dispose or service
(C) anyone disposing of or who services

A) This is the right one.
B) those who dispose or service - does not sound right
(C) anyone disposing of or who services - grammatically incorrect, incorrect parallelism
(D) the disposal or repair of - Disposal or repair becomes the subject. Hence, incorrect.
(E) someone who disposes or repairs - Someone and followed by who. Incorrect.

Eric..

Now this is a gmatprep question which i never wanted to solve before my gmat prep mock...
when any user posts any question...can we have mandatory field as to what is d source of this question..
if the source is something to which a particular user don't want to post an answer or even read the question...
then he or she can refrain from doing so...
N the field should be made mandatory... options can be
Og12
Og11
Og10
Other official material..
Name of the test...

The list is unending but it ll b grt for users like us to slve q based on question
source...Grt if BTG devp. team does it..

Thanks!!
