Hi Neeraj,

As DanaJ wrote, we're not refunding any purchases. In fact, this policy is true for all the sponsors. None of the test prep companies are refunding winners. That being said, you can give your free subscription to a friend if you'd like.

Actually, the best way to get your friend setup quickly is to email his/her email address to DanaJ. She can set up your friend with a free account very quickly.

Hi guys!

I was a bit dissapointed because there is a need to wait for more than one week in order awards to be processed.
I would not be, If had not appointed my GMAT soon.
