from 1:
3n/7 is an integer

3 is not a multiple of 7. So, n has to be a multiple of 7

therefore n/7 will be an integer.
Sufficient

from 1:
5n/7 is an integer

5 is not a multiple of 7. So, n has to be a multiple of 7

therefore n/7 will be an integer.
Sufficient

IMO answer D
