DS Perimeter Question

If m is the perimeter of rectangle N, what is the value of m?

(1) The area of rectangle N is 60.

(2) Each diagonal of rectangle N has length 13.

I got the problem correct, but can someone write out the algebra. I am trying to tighten my skills in this area. thanks.
