Its THE plan ' that impose stricter limits on medical services and require doctors to see more patients', its NOT THE plan who is spending time with patients but The Doctors...!!
Spending less time is a repurcussion of the plan (that) require doctors to see more patients..

Well I agree with wats said above...e.g MCK, BCG, BAIN, ATK,E&Y, Citigrp, Lehman, UBS, GE, ABB, Apple, Google, Microsoft etc everybody knows that thrs a quality school in europe called LBS/ Insead n if u perform well may be within 3-12 mnths of joining u can be shifted to usa if thts ur dream......
