Their is the incorrect pronoun
B. from 6 percent to 10 percent its share of the $21 billion book market in the country, which ranges
its is the correct pronoun, however which incorrectly modifies country instead of the book market.

Their is the incorrect pronoun
D. in its share, from 6 percent to 10 percent, of the $21 billion book market in the country, which ranges
This is very awkward sounding. "the company will increase in its share"

My main doubt with E is that it uses the incorrect idiom ' to x from y' instead of correct idiom 'from x to y'..correct me if i am wrong.

D in its share, from 6 percent to 10 percent, of the $21 billion book market in the country, which ranges
Simply eliminate D for illogical reference of which to country
no need to think so much about awkward construction...they are generally personalised....
