Study Group in Toronto

by semharw » Sun Aug 09, 2009 5:41 am
G'morning all,

I'm a recent member of this community I am also interested in meeting up to study for the GMAT, preferably at the U of T campus, evenings or weekends.

Anyone up to organizing a date, as early as sometime this week (evening) or on the weekend (8/15-8/16)?

Thanks and good luck to all,

Hi Guys -

I am looking to form a study group in Mississauga for people interested in GMAT. A little background about me; I am a double bachelors in computer science and finance. I have been working in sauga for the past one year and have shifted here from montreal.

To be completely honest, i dont quite know what my strengths and weaknesses are because i havent really given it a shot. I see this is a custom here to describe ones weaknesses and strengths.

Anyways, hit me back if you are interested.

Cheers

Ahsan

If anyone hasn't been to the World MBA fair before, I strongly recommend attending! You can get more information at www.topmba.com.

If you're there, drop by the Kaplan booth and say hi. I'll likely be moderating the panel at 2pm and giving the admissions seminar at 3pm, but then I'll be at the Kaplan table from 4-6.

Hope to see you all there!

Hi,

I would suggest We get in through email to get a fair bit of understanding of our progress,

Currently, I have done finishing a fair bit of Sentence Correction, CR and RC and also some work on Number Properties, Algebra.

Well, I would suggest the only way to start practising and sharing information about the different strategies is to do more problems.

So Send me an email to [email protected] and then we would see how we can start putting an line thorugh which we handle.

Good Luck
Bala

Hello everyone!

I would like to schedule a meetup to all gmat test takers residing in downtown toronto! Preferably near blue jays way and front area. I am planning on taking the GMAT this March 2010 and would like to start reviewing this month. Please bring your own gmat books.

Email me at [email protected] if interested.

Isa

Hey,

THanks for your reply. Karin started the ball rolling yesterday by emailing me and 3 other beatthegmat members about this meet up. One suggestion was in Ryerson during weeknights. Our goal is to have a score higher than 710. Let's see if we can make this happen.
