Even for a eq. triangle the side is approx 6.8, how did u get 6.8? for a equilateral triangle, area = sqrt(3)*side*side/4 => area = .43301 * side ^2 =>side = sqrt(2.3094 * area ) => side = 6.79 in this case Btw I rarely see so much calculation involved in a GMAT question. so IMO D

In E fight is not the subject , the speed limit is only measure we can see in the previous part of sentence.
But in D , its ambiguous whether we are talking about fight or speedlimit.

I dont think we need to include that information. Schools are interested in post secondary coursework or transcripts. As I know for schools your undergrad transcripts are most important you cant skip them even if you have done a masters too.
And btw you wrote 13th .. I think that should be 12th
