if x and y are positive integers, what is the remainder when x is divided by y? Just to add more:
In any evenly spaced set the arithmetic mean (average) is equal to the median and can be calculated by the formula mean=median=(a_1+a_n)/2, where a_1 is the first term and a_n is the last term

Just need bit clarification on option C,
It should be 'have been increased' instead of 'have increased', what's say?
Because, profits could not increase itself, someone increased profits, Correct me if I'm wrong.
