Thanks for reading my post. Looking at the discussions ...its easy to figure out that A, B are eliminated "but" is is unidiomatic. Further C is not parallel. Group will pare the productions is not parallel with out of nations would be trimmed....to make it parallel...the non-open nations should pare the outputs...so ...
