Thanks Essaysnark.
I had searched for this earlier but was not content with what I read, as you mentioned I guess the best way is to raise this in info sessions.

Try wes.org. They have a GPA calculator, you enter your individual grades/marks for each subject and it gives you a GPA. This does cost, though just $5.

You might want to mark the 2nd question also in red. I just spoke with the admission department at Tuck and was told that the 2nd and 3rd questions will change, they plan to have the updated essay list by mid August.money9111 wrote:I put the 3rd question in red because there is some discrepancy out there.

Post MBA career path and job profile
I am trying to understand the exact nature of work for a typical post MBA career. Something like ‘A day in the life of a XYZ (Portfolio Manager, Investment Banker, Risk Management Analyst …etc). At a high level I know the responsibilities involved, but I am looking for something directly from th...

So how many questions do you miss on the Quant to get a 50 on the average? I think that number will vary based on a lot of factors. In my case, I was not sure about 2 (probably 3) questions, so I think I might have erred on 4 (or 5) questions (also accounting those trivial mistakes). Also, I am awa...

Valid points there.
But I think we are talking about the same thing....treat all questions alike, don't be flustered by the difficulty/obscurity of one(or few) question(s) and guessing is good option (given the stakes).

I want to thank Knewton for this offer & Josh for being so proactive.
I took the GMAT, registered at Knewton, took the CAT and communicated this with Josh.
A couple of days after my practice CAT, I got the $100 in my paypal account.
Thanks again Josh for your prompt response to my emails.

Thanks folks. @selango Just to add to what others have already mentioned....There are 9(or 10) questions in Quant and 10 in verbal that are experimental and do not count towards the score. These figures are based on information out there on various GMAT related sources, I have not come across anythi...

Congrats on that 80 point jump!. I am in a similar position (after my first attempt), hopefully I can emulate the jump that you managed.
Thanks for that detailed debrief.

This is from the HBS website: Candidates who received their bachelor's degree from an English-speaking university are not required to take an English language test (i.e., they are exempt). So, I don't think it requires a TOEFL in your case. But you might want to check out what proof they require, if...
