The quants is very good practice. there are a hell lot of tests - 25 to be precise. The questions are in the top bin.
I dont think they are adaptive though... will need to check this bit. but at 80$ they are value for money.

I got the answer as 6. DanaJ - from the problem, i read the perimeter of the rectangle as 18/sqrt(2). You have assumed 18*sqrt(2).
18/sqrt(2) = 2(x*sqrt(2) + 2x*sqrt(2))
So if i change your equation as above, x works out to as 1.5 and perimeter as 6.

the assumption you made in the following equation is not right R+4=2(S+4). plug some numbers and you will realise this.
however - (S+4)=(T+4) - 3 is correct and will work out to the orig eq.

OG 11 and GMAT prep - are the questions common?
Just as questions in powerprep s/w and OG10 have a lot in common, does the same apply to OG11 and gmat prep s/w?
I was thinking of purchasing og11 for additional practice, but if the questions are common is it worth it?
Thx

my 2 cents
combine with is the right idiom. so that eliminates a - b - e.
'those' agrees with 'elements' - hence D should be the answer.
Thx

Agree with Stockmoose on the bit that merges is || to powers. so this rules out a - b- c.
Between D and E, E is more concise.
Thx
