Should we not repeat the preposition after , and conjunction or. So, should the correct sentence not look like this :-

Hi
I believe "he said that" is indirect speech. As I understand "must" gets replaced with "had to" in indirect speech, and "will" with "would".
Option A has both must and will. So, how is this option correct.

Why not D ?
Since most of the injuries occur because of collisions with trees, it would not really matter as to which sleds are better !!
And the reason for the increase in accidents in something else, not dangerous plastic sleds.
