Dear Perfect, thanks a lot for your insight. I really don't know what to say and what to write. My dream is to do MBA. I am not going to quit my dream and I will do it. I will try in different schools, which accept this score. Right now I don't want to give GMAT again because I want to focus on my w...

Thanks buddy. In mocks I was getting more than 650 always. In GMAT perp I got 700 and 650. Frankly speaking, do not rely on any mock test. This is just my personal experience. No one can simulate GMAC algorithm. This is my personal opinion. I gave kaplan, Princeton, MGMAT, Grokit, Veritas everything...

570, 530 and 560.... moving on
Dear all, I gave exam today, and got 560. I guess I am not made for exams. Surprisingly, I got 45 in Quant, that's what I am not able to digest. I was getting really difficult questions and I was hoping that I was getting them right. But score showed me that I was not. I still think that there was s...

As far as I know 'Skill in' is correct. I am trying to find out the same on net but not getting it.
kvcpk wrote: I think skill in doing X is right, than skill to do x.
I am not sure of the rule. But I think its idiomatic.

Not necessary, you can have 'not only X but Y' or 'not only X but also Y'. Both are correct.

Don't agree with the link that you have provided to answer current question. I agree that answer for other SC question is B, but for current SC question I don't agree that 'keep' is good. keep from is better suited here than avoid . I agree with you that UN is singular, but what if person doesn't know what UN is and just comprehend 'those nationas which are united for something'. In that case United nations is plural. The United states is all together different case. Everyone in this world knows about United States. So people k...

IMO D is correct here.
In simple words Waterman doesn't want to forget musicians. What will he do? He will try to avoid being forgotten and will not try to keep.
I am not an expert, but these are my thoughts.

Yes that is what my question is. Since you have 'performing with endurance and running' means list should end after 'and running'. But it is not correct, since list is continued in non underlined portion, in that case how come B is correct here? Confused :( Source - Grockit Professional Tennis playe...

Personally I don't like this sentence. Subject of this sentence is 'The United Nations', if you think literally then it is plural. However, we know 'UN' is 'singular'. The United Nations, in response to the ongoing Liberian Civil War, has recently approved the imposition of some strict policies, whi...

'Perhaps' is more formal than 'may be'.
Sentence is actually comparing 'Mendel' with all other chemists who received prize in past. Therefore, you can not use 'is' and you have to use 'was'.
E is correct here

Because 'there' does not have correct reference. You may say that 'Liberian' is reference for 'there', but Liberian is set off by commas. So you can not use the same.
