One explanation i can think of is that there should be comma before not normally found in the ..
Otherwise it changes the meaning that bone is not normally found..
This way we have 2 choiced left C and E.
I am confused between C and E.
Any expert replies?

Whereas D is correct as it sounds good and maintains the logic.

1 day = 24 hrs = 24*60 = 1440 hrs. So, divinding 2880717/1440 we find 288000 is exactly 20*1440 so 20 days earlier same time 6:27 in evening. The answers has to be C.
Any weaken q on the CR has to directly/indirectly hit the assumption. So the assumption here is that the meteorologists can predict weather on only the sunspot activity.
Answer choice c does exactly the opposite by saying that there are other ways to do the same.

Hi Rich, Thanks for the quick response. Yes this is the first CAT i appeared and i haven't appeared any CAT except this one.
