Convert the equation into y=mx+c form. Thus
2x-3y <= -6
2x+6 <= 3y
3y >= 2x+6
y >= 2/3 x + 2
Here the slope (m=2/3) is positive and intercepting the y-axis at y=2. Hence the line will go thru Quadrant III, II, and I.
So the answer is E i.e. Quadrant II

six finalists can be selected from eight people in 8C6. Out of 6 finalists 3 people can be selected in 6C3 ways. Hence totla number of ways is
8C6*6C3.

reading at 8 is 10 times reading at 7. Reading at 7 is 10 times reading at 6 i.e. reading at 8 is 10^2 times reading at 6. Similarly if u solve further, u will figure out that reading at 8 is 10^5 times reading at 3.
