Engin this is a really tricky question.
What you have to find oout first is that n=0
So: 0^12=0 ; 12^0=1
So: 0-1= -1 ......B is the correct answer
You get it?

I dont understand what "two seating arrangements are considered different if the positions of the peole are different relative to each other". This means that: ABCDE will not be different from BACDE bc D is between C and E in both arrengements?? Wouldnt then the corret answer be A) 5? :?:

I think the answer is D) 3.
Here is why: 1st team gets 6 points (with 2 racers), 2nd team gets 6 points (with 2 racers)....so the 3rd team must get 3 (with one racer)

Idom 2
I thought the correct idom is "to convince x to"
but I have just seen a correct answers that says that its "to convice x that"...
...What is the correct idom? can both ("that" and "to") been used depending on the meaning?

Question
I have a question to all of you who have made the gmat. Can I wear my watch in the exam?? a friend of mine told me that they made him take off his watch during the gmat because it was a digital one....mine is a normal non-digital one (a round one with hands)...do you think I can wear it in the exam?...
