The idioms list in Manhattan sentence correction guide is an excellent collection.
I believe "worried about" is correct but "worried over" is wrong idiomatic usage.

I believe that by proper practice you can apply the rules appropriately in actual questions. m = 6k + 2
n = 6l + 3
m-n = 6(k-l) - 1
= 6(k-l-1) + 5
As m is greater than n, m will be at least 5 greater than n. Hence, "k-l-1" will be positive.
