Best strategy is not to do tests but focus on your weak areas. Tests are only good at showing what score you are likely to get. Or do one test, and see where you are weak, then focus on those areas before doing more tests.

I signed up at MGMAT for the free test, then purchased the 5 additional tests which took me to a website called 800score.com. (x+(x+1)+(x+2)+(x+3)+(x+4)+(x+5)+(x+6)+(x+7)+(x+8))/9 = 7
(9x +36)/9 = 7
x+4 = 7
x = 3
(11(3) + 55)/11 = (33+55)/11 = 88/11 = 8
(2) should be sufficient as well working backwards (x+10)...

Basically, my exponent experience involves
(M)^x (M)^y = (M)^x+y
And the dividing component being subtracted .

The Range in your two examples is the same. in a set of 2,4,6 Range = 6-2 = 4 in a set of 4,6,8 Range = 8-4 = 4 So the SD will be the same with the same number of terms and even spacing If set A has a greater range {0,5,10) SD = 5 If set B has a smaller range {1,2,3} SD = 1 So answer is C

Let 3x = A
x = B
3x/2 = C
2500 - 300 = 2200
3x + x + 3x/2 = 2200
4x + 3x/2 = 2200
Multiply both sides by 2
8x + 3x = 4400
11x = 4400
x=4400/11=400
C = 3(400)/2 = 1200/2 = 600
