AICTE is only required when the course is being offered by an institute because LPU does not need their approval.LPU, on the other hand, has UGC recognition as a full-fledged university. Along with it, the Council of Architecture (COA), the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), and the Pharmacy Council of India have all given their approval (PCI).It belongs to the Association of Indian Universities as well (AIU).LPU was the first college to receive ICAR approval (Indian Council of Agricultural Research).LPU is affiliated with the Bar Council of India and has ACBSP certification (BCI).
