I say D as well
1) The first 100 prime numbers from 1 to p+1... counting the first 100 primes we end on 541. Then plus 1 we get 542. So from 1 to 542 there are 100 prime numbers. Sufficient
2) There are 541 prime numbers from 1 to 3912. I found a list of prime numbers on line.
Count for yourself. 4x125 +1 = 541
