I would opt for D...

The first provides a conclusion to an argument that one should not waste money on attorneys to draft a will as the distribution of property is usually the same...

the second says that distribution of assets is not the only function of a will,.... so u still need an attorney to draft a bill...

OA??

I would go with D.... as first is conclusion... and second is contradicting the argument of first

That's what I though too.

However, OA is B.

- PrincetonReview says problem with E is it's not a premise but an assumption! is that even something I need to check in GMAT???

The second bold faced statment no way provides an evidence.

Guys...there cannot be a conclusion for the passage as it is a conversation and the two had taken opposite positions
B is it. Just paraphrases the above status

agree that second bold sentence is like an evidence to support another conclusion..." thus..." for the last sentence it stated however i dun undertsand why its the first states just a position... i thought it should be a conclusion as it is always in Gmat.... hmhmhmhm
