The least possible value should be as big as possible and negative.
The biggest value is obtain through the moltiplication of the biggest values (-10,10)
If we pick -10 x20 times however the result will be positive, and we don't want that.
So we have to make sure to pick for example 19 times -10 and one time 10 (or x19 10 and x1 -10), so the resulting sign will be negative.

The biggest value we can obtain is 10^20 but that will be a positive number. If we can somehow make it negative, it'll be the smallest possible product. We can make it negative, if we multiply odd number of 10s and odd number of -10s. For example, one 10 and nineteen -10 or three 10 and seventeen -10 etc.
Hence, least possible product = 10*[(-10)^19] = -(10)*(10^19) = -(10^20)
