Hi,

Here is a brief profile. I'd like a little help in deciding which schools I would be competitive at and should apply to.

GMAT: currently studying for the test, aiming +700.
TOEFL: 100
GPA: 3.46

Undergraduate degree: Industrial Engineering from a University in Nicaragua.
W/E: 3 years at Telefonica Movistar (Top Telecom Company in Latin America and Europe). I started working in customer loyalty dept and 1.5 year later, I was promoted to work in the Marketing department as a Prepaid Product Specialist. I have had several promotions. My job includes seeking and identifying new markets, new segments and new customers for new products, promotions and existing products. Integrate promotions development requirements with technical specifications. Conduct post- implementation promotions analysis and product review to ensure compliance according to objectives. I ensure the timely implemented of new promotions delivery, maximizing promotions performances.

Extracurricular involvement includes being part of Telefonica Volunteers. I have worked with an NGO like Habitat for Humanity, where we helped build emergency houses for poor communities throughout Nicaragua. I am starting to lead an environmental campaign in the company, where its main goal is reducing waste, energy and implement low-cost processes. Additionaly I started to co-lead an advertising project for Telefonica, which involves climb volcanos, mountainsand visit majors cities in the country in order to promote our coverage (and so far, we've recieved positive reviews and the support of our country manager). Lastly, but not least, I am a runner, memeber of a local club.

I have double nationality Belgian and Nicaraguan, speaking, Spanish, French, English.

Goals: Telecommunication is my passion, I'll stay in this particular industry, but I am open to others too, especially consumer goods companies. An MBA is definitely a tool that will help me climb the corporate ladder in Marketing department.

With your experience, which are the issues that I have to strengthen to get admitted into a top 25 BS? Would you kindly recommend me some business schools that fit my profile?

Thanks in advance,
