Answer is C.

reason:here "physical principles " is the subject and it is in Plural. It has to be compared. So in option C uses "those" which justifies my answer. It is basically a Comparison question bases on numbers.

1. "same as" is required...

2. In A and B... or is it... In A and in B ( nowadays.. i think everything shud be parallel  )
body orientation controlling & body orientation which controls is wrong...
cause the sentence says X that control the Y

Choose(c).

?A?as the body orientation controlling
?B?as the body orientation which controls
?C?as those controlling the body orientation of
?D?ones to control the body orientation of
?E?ones used in controlling the body orientation of

answer C
I think its C too,
A -
midair gyrations of divers and gymnasts are the same as the body orientation controlling astronauts in a weightless environment.

A) body orientation looks like the subject, which is not.
same is with choice B.

C -> both parts of the sentence are referring to the same subject.

?D?ones to control the body orientation of
?E?ones used in controlling the body orientation of

D and E has ones, which is singular, subject of the sentence

"physical principles" is plural.

ones does not go with that.

"ones go with one"

One should take care of ones health.

you can't say

They should take care of ones health.

If any body has a different rationale pls pitch in

No!! i rechecked ....ONES is plural and ONE is singular.

eg: These refer to countable nouns and and those refer to uncountable ones.

Defntly..."They should take care of ones health" is wrong.
It should be " They should take care of their health"

And One should take care of one's health

So this rules out your reason to rule E and D.

I picked E, because in C " those controlling X" sounds like a continous action. But no!! they astronauts fly once in a while...n when ever they do...these princples are used to control.
Any explanation refuting E ???

Here the sentence is basically telling us that the underlying principles are the same:

The rules used to construct A are the same ones used in the construction of B.
But if we use something else, we need comparison.
E.g. The wood used to construct A is the same as the one used to construct B.

Since the same principles are used, the word "as" is unnecessary( according to me...not a rule). Thus, I picked (E). But OA is C.

I feel the more I study SC, the more confusing it gets.

Is there any official explanation for this sentence, what is the source, want to know the rules used to attack such a problem...Anyone...Ron?
