Pasteurization, which is necessary when milk is to be stored for an extended period of time, is accomplished by exposing the milk to high temperatures, which destroys many of the milk's valuable nutrients. Some nutritionists therefore recommend consumption of unpasteurized milk.

Government health and safety regulations require pasteurization of all mass-marketed milk and milk products in order to prevent the growth of potentially harmful bacteria.

OPTION A :- INCORRECT
If to ensure adequate nutrition, pasteurization will be banned then milked won't be produced or marketed in mass because it will increase the growth of harmful bacteria that can be dangerous to one's health.

OPTION B :- CORRECT
This option stands as a reasonable solution as well as a solution to the argument. It provides not only a way out but also balance the argument in such a way that favors the nutritionist and the government.health and safety regulations.

OPTION C :- INCORRECT
If changes are to be made and some milk product are sold without pasteurization, the milk product stand the chance to be affected by harmful micro-organisms and therefore does not solve the problem.

OPTION D :- INCORRECT
This option does not serve as a conclusion to the argument neither does the strictness of government health and safety regulations help to solve the problem.

This option is quite bias, it only sees the government and safety regulations as difficult to conform to the nutritionists recommendations without seeing the main reason behind it which is to prevent the harmful growth of bacteria . The two parties have genuine reasons behind their opinions and should work hand in hand to make better decision on milk and its product and not point accusing fingers.
