Hi,
On mgmat number properties guide I came accross a problem which asks if xcube-x=p and x is odd, then is p divisible by 24? The answer provided says yes. However my question is what if x is 1?

I will be very grateful if someone can kindly answer the query.

Kr,
Tanz

Also it does not say whether p is greater than 0 or not.

Hey,

Thanks for the question. We have a forum set up on our website where instructors answer questions based on our materials. Please post your question there (link below) and one of our instructors should get back to you soon. Please pay special attention to the posting guidelines (i.e. they will need to know the exact problem number).
