Yep, i would go with C as well.
Reasons,

A. Cannot be inferred from the stimulus.
B. Over-exaggeration by using "Everyone".
C. Looks good. Can be inferred from the passage.
D. Cannot be inferred from the stimulus.
E. Again, over-exaggeration by using "All".

I'd say C but I'm afraid more because of my intuition than any logic.
